It is sad when an otherwise nice home that should have some useful life left in it suffers such neglect. Abandoned more than a year ago with the utilities off, there's extensive freeze damage and mold. The roof is past it's rated life and appears to be leaking, the furnace is not working and needs to be replaced and the rear deck is unsafe, according to two contractors who have examined the property and submitted the bids that are in the information package. Please do not enter the property if you are mold-sensitive, and don't go on the back deck!
