Southport is a beautiful planned community, a special zoning category for large tracts in which the homes vary in type within the scheme of a well thought-out master plan. This part of the community is called Lookout Landing. It has long been one of the most popular parts of Southport because of its relatively new homes that are typically priced toward the middle of the range of values that predominate in the neighborhood.
